Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Claim Site Live collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Claim Site Live is operated by Game Up High LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us").
What we collect
- Domain owner details. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address. Domain registration rules require accurate details for the person or business that owns a domain.
- Your business and website. The business name, description and other text you give us, the website we build from it, and your changes to it.
- Orders and payments. What you bought, the amount and the dates. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your plan.
- Technical information. Your IP address and basic request details appear in our server logs, which we use for security, to limit abuse, and to fix problems.
- Messages. Emails you send us and our replies.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser may store a private link to your dashboard so you can return to it.
How we use it
- To register your domain, build and host your website, and run your plan.
- To take payment, send receipts, renewal reminders and other messages about your service.
- To keep the service safe, including checking for abuse and complying with the law.
- To answer your questions and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We use trusted companies to run the service. They receive only what they need to do their job.
- Stripe: payment processing and billing.
- Our domain registrar (OpenSRS, part of Tucows): registers your domain. Domain owner details are sent to the registrar and the domain registry, as ICANN rules require. Public domain lookups may show your details unless privacy protection is available and enabled; we ask for it where the registry offers it.
- Cloudflare: DNS, security and delivery of your website.
- Render and Supabase: run our application and store our data.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- AI providers (currently Groq and Google, and Anthropic when enabled): the business name, type of business and description you type, and the changes you ask for, are sent to an AI model to draft and edit your website text. We do not send your payment details, address or phone number to them. Do not put confidential information in your business description.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud, abuse or harm.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your plan is active. If your plan ends, we keep your saved website and edit history for up to 90 days so you can bring it back, then permanently delete the website, its history and the contact details you gave us for the domain. We keep order and billing records, and abuse records, for as long as the law and our security needs require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of California and some other places have specific rights under privacy laws, including the right to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, email support@claimsitelive.com from the address on your order. We may need to confirm it is you, and we cannot delete records that the law requires us to keep, or domain details that the registry requires while your domain is registered.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to our systems, and store dashboard links in a way that cannot be reversed. No service can promise perfect security, so please keep your dashboard link private.
Children
Claim Site Live is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we make a material change we will tell you by email or on this site before it takes effect. The date above shows the latest version.
